The law firm of WAMPLER BUCHANAN WALKER CHABROW BANCIELLA & STANLEY, P.A. (the “Firm”) is a Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rated boutique business transactions and litigation law firm.

Founded January 1988, the Firm consistently delivers outstanding results on the facts and law of its clients’ corporate transactions and major litigation.  The Firm’s attorneys offer substantial experience in a broad range of legal areas.  The Firm has succeeded and prospered because of our unwavering commitment to our clients, to the Bar and to public and community service.  Clients from around the world entrust the Firm with their most challenging and complex matters. 

The Firm consists of seven attorneys and support staff of diverse cultures, backgrounds, legal expertise and talents.  It serves the legal needs of a broad spectrum of clients, including: individuals; large, medium and small businesses; public corporations; multi-national enterprises; regulated businesses and professions; financial institutions; tax exempt organizations; and governments.  Its lawyers have served in a wide variety of government positions, academia, private law practices and large corporate law firms and apply those backgrounds in meeting our clients’ needs for quality, timely and cost-efficient legal representation. 

The Firm’s attorneys are licensed in other states and provide or coordinate legal representation outside of the State of Florida with the client’s needs require.
